Prelude

Okay this is going to sound really weird but I hate old people. Okay maybe hate is a strong word but grossed out doesn't sound as final anyway have you ever been to a nursing home they smell funny. The people can't do anything by themselves. I've heard grandmas are pretty cool but I don't have one so I wouldn't know. I never want to get old and in my profession there's a good chance I don't live past my 30's. you see I'm not a normal 15 year old girl. I go to a special school and at night me and my husband (more on this later) lead the order of the black knights a group of supernatural fighters. We all go to Alexander high named after Alexander the great. The school is a lot like those in Japan with the uniforms and dorms. And seeing as not many of us have living parents living at school is necessary. Officially none of us or the school exist but we get funding from the government to take care of the things that go bump in the night. We don't need sleep and when things go bump in the night we bump back. We have a pretty cool life for a bunch of teenage kids living a an academy. Chapter 1

"VIV hurry up!!!!" the door to our room blew open and Sebastian flew in pulling at his ebony hair until it stood straight on top of his head. I raised an eyebrow at my teenage husband. He was pacing the doorway like a wild animal.

"chill Lu what's up" I raised myself off of the mahogany four poster to hug him.

"Ravens back and where going to be late and prof. Nam. Is going to kill us and you know who's back"

"relax Nammy will survive missing us for five minutes and Ryyen will be taken care of and RAVENS WHATTTTT?!?!?" I raced out of the room and looked both ways out into the hall "where" I shouted at Lu frantically turning around. I hadn't seen raven in a year since she disappeared after the incident in the factory. She left a note and we couldn't find her anywhere. Sebastian's face turned bright red.

"I left her in the main lobby" I gasped in shock

"Sebastian Lelouche Deveraux you left a friend and guest of the royal court waiting in the school lobby?!?"

"ummmmm yes?"

"uhg I guess it is to awkward between you two isn't it" before he met me Raven and Sebastian were engaged.

"lets go my queen" he sighed and put out his arm. I giggled. At night I became the ruthless dark queen Kh'iel and my king Shi'ren. The royal justice I love that nickname. I was the most powerful sorceress in a thousand years and my king the human daemon king. The alliance more referred to as the triad daemon, supernatural's and creatures. "uh Viv we just passed the lobby" Lu joked spinning me around.

"oh sorry I wasn't paying attention" I stepped into the boring beige lobby and spied a small dark figure drinking coffee in a chair. "aren't you a little to young for coffee?" I asked and the girl jumped. Her hood fell off to reveal ebony skin and long silvery hair a white tattoo on her forehead proclaimed her a shape shifter and wind woman.
